It's great to have an independent podiatrist in my local town. It was quick and easy to get an assessment appointment and the prescribed orthotic insoles have been of great benefit. What a lovely guy and a great service. Lee very kindly saw me at short notice as I had a burning sensation on the ball of my foot. He quickly gave me his diagnosis and after just one treatment and supplying me with a pair of custom-made insoles, my symptoms began to improve. He explained that as it was a damaged ligament, the recovery would take a while. He was correct but I continued to see an improvement and he was kind enough to keep checking on me to establish my current position. I can't help thinking that without Lee's intervention, I would still be in pain. Thank you Lee.

I called Lee about six months ago having experienced pain in my foot for about 2 months before. Lee was able to give me an emergency appointment quickly and his assessment was detailed and considered. Over six months he has successfully treated not only the one foot but also resolved a long term knee problem in my other leg which was caused by fallen arches. For this injury I had had months of chiropractor treatment previously which had not resolved this. Lee is friendly and welcoming and his surgery is easy to get to and has free parking. I cannot commend his services to you more strongly. Book an appointment and don't delay like I did!

I can’t recommend Lee highly enough having been to see Lee for a fungal nail problem. Lee explained the options available to me and having elected to opt for removal of the infected nails. The transformation is amazing and I wish I had been to seen him earlier, rather than try the various over the counter remedies.

I first came to see Lee with a fungal toenail infection I had been ignoring. When I did eventually seek his help it was so bad that even the laser treatments didn’t work as it had spread to the root of the nail. So Lee ended up having to remove the whole nail - which then grew back perfectly, so much so you can’t even tell which nail it was now. Lee is so knowledgeable, and I trust him 100% with any nail problems I have. I recommend him to anyone! Thanks again Lee.

I had been struggling with a cluster of verrucas on my foot for over seven years, and despite seeking help from my GP and the hospital, the problem only worsened. Thankfully, Lee at Hook Podiatry cleared them up completely!

I initially came across Hook Podiatry while searching for Swift microwave treatment, but Lee explained that he no longer offered it, as it hadn't delivered the results he wanted for his patients. Instead, he recommended needling, and even kindly provided contact details for other practitioners who still offered Swift. After contacting them, I found Lee’s quote for needling to be highly competitive and was impressed by his honesty and helpfulness.

During our initial consultation, we decided to try a laser treatment he had on trial, but when that didn’t give the desired results, I opted for the needling procedure, which I had been nervous about trying. Amazingly, after just one session, my verrucas were completely cleared; after more than seven years of dealing with them!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Lee’s service and am incredibly grateful to have my foot back to normal. What started as a last resort has now made Hook Podiatry my go-to, and I’ve already recommended Lee to friends and family.

My poor son has suffered terrible verrucas for years and we've tried everything to get rid of them. His self esteem was beginning to suffer and I looked into professional treatment not realising we had someone in Monmouth who could provide exactly what we needed.
Quick response to emails and a consult booked in immediately, 7 days later my son had his first treatment with the hope he wouldn't need a second. 8 weeks later all Verrucas were gone and no further treatment required. I can honestly say it was money well spent and should they ever return I'll be calling Lee immediately. Highly recommend!

FIRST CLASS TREATMENT AND AFTERCARE.
Took my son to see Lee as he had an ingrowing toe nail. Despite it being the end of the day, Lee offered to operate as we said we were going on a beach holiday in 3 weeks time and it needed time to heal. Thirty minutes later, it was dealt with. Lee's knowledge, expertise and generosity means we just might get in the sea and, more importantly my son is no longer in pain.
Furthermore, Lee has been available with suggestions and advice on his days off!
